Island Swift Delivery is expanding and is seeking reliable and professional Delivery Riders to support our delivery operations across Grenada.

Position Details

• Role: Delivery Rider

• Engagement Type: Part-Time

• Operating Area: Islandwide (coordinated primarily from St. George’s)

Role Overview

The Delivery Rider is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional pickup and delivery of packages while representing Island Swift Delivery with courtesy, integrity, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time

• Follow dispatch instructions as assigned

• Communicate clearly via WhatsApp (pickup, delays, delivery confirmation)

• Handle packages with care and professionalism

• Collect and return Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments where applicable

• Wear company-issued uniform and identification during delivery duties

• Uphold customer service, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times
  
  

Requirements

• Reliable, roadworthy scooter

• Valid driver’s licence

• Strong knowledge of Grenada’s road network

• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Professional and respectful communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Work Schedule

• Part-time engagement

• Morning and/or afternoon delivery periods

• Schedule varies based on delivery demand and operational needs

• Priority or express deliveries may require urgent response
